Privacy Policy

Effective July 5, 2026

The short version: Glyphon has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your searches, AI requests, and collections stay on your device. The only third party involved is purchase processing.

On-device AI

Glyphon's symbol recommendations run entirely on your device using Apple's on-device foundation models. The text you type is processed locally and is never sent to us or to any server — Glyphon does not operate one.

Your data stays on your device

Search queries, browsing history within the app, and your symbol collections are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them. We have no way to see them.

Purchases

Glyphon offers a single one-time in-app purchase, processed by Apple. To validate purchases and restore them across your devices, Glyphon uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase receipt and a random anonymous identifier — never your name, email, or Apple ID. What we don't do

No user accounts or sign-in
No advertising or ad identifiers
No analytics or usage telemetry
No tracking across apps or websites
No selling or sharing of personal data — we never receive any

Changes to this policy

If Glyphon's data practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before the change ships.
